You book online by selecting a year level, subject and available time. After a short intake covering the student's school and current level, the first session identifies exactly what's costing marks and sets a plan for ongoing sessions.
Payment is required to secure your booking. Once we confirm your session, you will receive payment details by email, along with the Zoom link for the session. See the pricing page for details on how pricing works.
Online sessions are delivered live over Zoom. Your tutor's Zoom link is sent by email once the session is confirmed.
Tutoring is delivered online by default. Face-to-face sessions can be arranged directly with your tutor, with pricing adjusted to reflect location.

Yes. Sessions are built around your school's specific assessment schedule, with feedback benchmarked against NESA marking criteria before submission.
Yes. Most students tutor weekly, which is when the accountability between sessions has the most impact. Recurring weekly bookings can be set up directly in the booking flow.
If a student is unable to attend, at least 12 hours' notice is required. Sessions cancelled with less than 12 hours' notice will incur the full session fee, as the time has been reserved exclusively for that student. See the Cancellation Policy for full details.
